Privacy Policy

Known Quantity records voice memos about your client meetings, turns them into organized notes, and briefs you before your next meeting. This page explains exactly what data the app handles and where it goes.

What we collect

• Your Google account email and name, used to sign you in.
• Voice recordings you make, and the transcripts and notes created from them.
• Client details you enter (names, companies, emails, phone numbers, notes).
• Your Google Calendar events for the current day, to match meetings to clients and to add reminders you approve.

Where your data goes

• OpenAI — your voice recordings are sent to OpenAI's Whisper service to be transcribed into text.
• Anthropic — transcripts are sent to Anthropic's Claude to be organized into personal notes, business notes, follow-ups, and reminders.
• Google — the app reads your calendar events and, only when you tap "Add to calendar," creates reminder events. Your Google sign-in token is stored encrypted.
• Supabase — your notes, clients, recordings, and account data are stored in a Supabase database and storage bucket, protected so only your account can access your data.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or share it with anyone beyond the services above.
• We don't use your data for advertising or tracking.
• We don't keep your data after you delete your account.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the home screen ("Delete account," next to Sign out). This permanently removes your notes, recordings, clients, reminders, and stored tokens, and deletes your account. It cannot be undone.
